Memorial Auditorium/Solarium (Auditorium cap. - 250, Solarium cap. - 50)

• Weekends/holidays (Fri.-Sun. and holidays) - $1,000
• Weekdays - $700
• Cleaning/damage deposit - $300 to $500
• Each additional hour(s) - $75
• Weekday rate for governmental agencies (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. only) - $150
• Parking - $5 per vehicle (weekdays), $6 (weekends and holidays), $10 (special holiday weekends - Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day).

Discounted Parking Available for Auditorium, Garden and/or Solarium (pre-purchased passes only)

• $3 per vehicle (under 22 ft. long)

Processing/cancellation

• Processing fee - $10
• Cancellation fee:
  • Date/site change or cancellations prior to 21 days (picnic shelters) - $25 or prior to 90 days (Auditorium) - $50; (Garden) - $25
  • Date/site change or cancellations within 21 days (picnic shelters) or 90 days (Auditorium/Garden/Solarium) - Lose entire rental fee minus deposit
