Rental Facilities             

San Joaquin ShelterSan Joaquin County Parks and Recreation has a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities for your next event, whether it be a picnic, party or special occasion. All rental facilities are furnished with water and electricity (except the Poppy picnic area). Reservations for rental facilities must be made at least two weeks in advance of function, but are recommended up to a year in advance to secure desired date. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking, credit cards are now accepted. Reservations for most facilities are for 12 hours unless otherwise noted. Reservations can be made over the phone Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

* First-come, first-serve areas can be found at both Micke Grove and Oak Grove Regional Parks, but in order to ensure adequate parking and adhere to safety and health requirements, these areas are limited to site capacity (example: one or two tables can accommodate 10 to 20 people, etc.) Parties of 50 or more, or those interested in inflatable jump houses, generators, vehicle lawn passes, amplified sound and trailer-style BBQ's must have a reservation.

Weekend rental fees are Friday through Sunday and holidays, weekday rentals are Monday through Thursday.  Weekday shelter rentals receive 50% off rental fees.

 

Micke Grove Regional Park

  • Memorial Auditorium (Dining capacity 250)
    • $800 weekends & holidays (Includes Solarium)
    • $500 weekdays
    • $150 weekday rate for government agencies (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. only)
    • $50 per additional hour within permitted hours
  • Solarium (Capacity 50) - $150 (Weekdays)
    • $100 weekday rate for government agencies
  • Japanese Garden (Capacity 175) - $250 for two hours
    • Rehearsals - $50 per hour

  • Outdoor Amphitheater (Capacity 400) - Up to $100 (six hours)
  • Boat House (Maximum capacity 50 - includes indoor and outdoor seating) - $150 
  • Youth Campground (Capacity 150) - $25 per night
  • Entire Park - $5,000 (please call for information)

  • Paddleboats and Aquacycles  - $6 per 1/2 hr. for standard Paddleboats, $10 per 1/2 hr. for specialty Paddleboats and Aquacycles.
  • Fishing - $5 (16 years and older), 15 and under free

  • Pets - $1 per pet

Harmony Grove Church

  • Rental - $200 (up to four hrs. - capacity 80)
  • Each additional hour - $30
  • Rehearsals - $60 per hour

Dos Reis Regional Park

  • R.V. camping - $25 per night
  • Second vehicle - $5
  • Pets - $1

Westgate Landing Regional Park

  • R.V./tent camping - $20 per night
