Cost

Boat House (Cap. 50 - max. 32 inside)

Rental (12 hrs.) - $200
Cleaning/damage deposit - $100
Each additional hour(s) - $25
Weekday rate for governmental agencies - Mon-Thurs.  (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. only) - $100

Parking

• $5 per vehicle (weekdays), $6 (weekends and holidays), $10 (special holiday weekends - Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day).
• Vehicles over 22 ft. - $12
• Pet - $1 (leash required)

Processing/cancellation

• Processing fee - $10
• Cancellation fee:
  • Date/site change or cancellations prior to 21 days (picnic shelters) or 90 days (Boat House) - $25;
  • Date/site change or cancellations within 21 days (picnic shelters) or 90 days (Boat House) - Lose entire rental fee minus deposit
