Nature Center Building
The Nature Center offers many activities throughout the
Spring, Fall, and Summer including events and learning stations.
In the Winter the Trails remain open; however, the
Center activities are limited due to the weather.
Educational programs
are sponsored and conducted by the Oak Grove Docent
Council. The primary focus of the Nature Center programs is
on local wildlife, their native habitats, and the early
residents of the oak grove, specifically the Miwok and
Yokuts tribes.

Nature Nights! at the Oak Grove Nature Center. Nature Nights features guest speakers and/or activities that let us learn more about the world around us here in San Joaquin County and California. Talks are held once a month on Friday evenings during the school year and twice a month or more on Thursday evenings during the summer. Check the Events Calendar for programs, dates and times.
